ROUTING JIG FOR HINGES 76X76 MM 4-PARTS

A hinge jig 76 x 76 4-piece for easy installation of 76 × 76 hinges in both door and frame. This jig consists of 4 planks and can be used in normal rebates (17 mm). The planks of this hinge milling jig are to be mounted on the usual aluminium profile (standard length 2120 mm). This aluminium strip is also the stop against the door. The 2mm steel lip on top of the template makes it easy to transfer the measurements from door to frame. On the door, the aluminium profile serves as a stop. In the frame, you place the template with the planks in the groove.
