A milling jig for the concealed hinge BSW HiDE 130-60 130-70 3-piece double on strip with which you can easily mill the BSW HiDE 130-60 130-70 concealed hinge on both the door and the frame. The boards of this hinge milling jig should be mounted on the usual aluminium profile (standard length 2120 mm). This aluminium strip is also the stop against the door. The 2mm steel lip on top of the template makes it easy to transfer the measurements from door to frame. On the door, the aluminium profile serves as a stop. In the frame, you place the jig with the planks in the groove. The concealed hinge templates are made as standard for a door thickness of 40 mm, depending on the type of hinge, you have some margin. There are sole limiters on these jigs, which ensure that you can also rout the deeper lying smaller bowls with the same jig. The Allen bolt in the limiter allows you to adjust it to the sole of your router. This double version of the routing jig can be used for deeper rebates, in addition to normal 43 mm rebates. This is possible because two contours are placed side by side in the jig, making the board much wider and therefore giving more space from the strip. Advantages of hinge jig Concealed hinge BSW HiDE 130-60 130-70 3-part double on strip: Range of hinge milling jig when using aluminium profile (length 2120 mm): 2015 mm to 2400 mm. Sole limiters ensure that the trampled area is routed without having to reposition the jig Routing templates are infinitely adjustable for each hinge position. Suitable for both interior and exterior doors (1.2 mm play). Also available in double versions for rebates larger than 43 mm
