With the Nemef 4139 lock case template (Forplate handle & cylinder) you can easily mill the forplate, handle & cylinder of the Nemef 4139 lock into the door. The jig is made for a door thickness of 40 mm and is not variable. Other versions are available for other door thicknesses. Because of 3 sides mounted to each other this jig is formed in a U-cassette. This makes it easy to slide the jig over the door. Place the centre of the handle hole at 1050 mm from the bottom of the door, this ensures that the jig is in the right place. All contours in the jig ensure that the dimensions of the lock, such as the backset size, the PC-size and the faceplate size, are correct. One side sticks out to the top and the other side sticks out to the bottom, which makes it easy to secure the mould with a Quick-grip. This makes the jig easy to use and you do not need to screw into the door unnecessarily. This jig can be used in combination with a variable lock case milling jig. With this jig you can also mill the lock case. On the inside of the sides of the jig, there are cut-outs at the handle and cylinder holes. These allow the wood shavings to be discharged, reducing the likelihood of them accumulating. Advantages of the Nemef 4139 lockcase template (Forplate handle & cylinder): All dimensions are accurately incorporated into the mould: Forplate, PC-size & Door size Easy to place on the door. Heart of handle hole at 1050 mm from bottom of door Easy to fix with a Quick-grip because of the protruding sides Recesses for drainage of wood chips Ring / Chisel combination: Ring 24 mm and chisel 18 mm
