The security locking plate type Gisip was developed for use in security and evacuation doors. Two special features characterize this strike. Firstly, the striker has a maximum holding power of 750 kg, which makes it a perfect solution for external doors. On the other hand, the internal design is such that the locking plate will always unlock, even under a pre-pressure of up to 450Kg. The latter feature ensures that the locking plate complies with the European standard for evacuation doors. It is also equipped with an indicator contact so that the access control system knows whether the door is open or closed. The adjustable striker allows the lock plate to be adapted to most doors.
