    Information on ordering

    Ordering from Turmeister.com is very easy. We have chosen a structure that should eliminate problems and be as clear as possible for everyone. Below you will find a detailed explanation of the steps you need to take in order to place an order with us.

    Shopping cart

    At all products you can buy from us is the button "Add to cart". By clicking on this button you place the product in the shopping cart. When you have done this, you will automatically go to the shopping cart and you will see an overview of the products that are currently in the cart. On this page you can also change the quantity. You do this by filling in the desired number under the heading number and then click on "Update cart".

    If you want to remove products from your cart you can click on the trash can on the left.

    If you want to continue shopping you can click on the button "Continue shopping" on the right. You will then go to the products again and on the right side of the screen, the shopping cart will always remain visible with the products you have placed in it. If you want to change this or if you want to checkout, you can click on 'My Cart' or 'Checkout'. If you wish to proceed to the checkout, click on 'Proceed to checkout'.


    Information about payment

    To make shopping with us as pleasant as possible, we offer several payment methods. You can decide for yourself which payment method appeals most to you.

    All our payments go through MultiSafepay.

    MultiSafepay is a Payment Service Provider that, since its establishment in 2000, has grown into an independent and reputable intermediary between Internet stores, consumers and banks. MultiSafepay is a customer-oriented company that, based on innovation, technological development and attention to the market, strives to be a reliable 'first choice partner' for all our customers.

    Transfer

    If you choose to pay in advance, you must transfer the outstanding amount specified in your confirmation email to MultiSafepay's bank account yourself. This can be done through internet banking or a telephone transfer. Make sure that when you transfer the amount, your payment reference is mentioned. Once MultiSafePay has received your payment, we will send your order the same day. Please allow one to three working days for the transfer to take place.

    Credit card

    You can pay us with the credit card companies MasterCard and VISA.

    PIN/Cash

    It is also possible to pay your order in our store with cash, this can be done with PIN or cash. For more information see the page about our showroom.


    Information about shipping and delivery

    All our orders are shipped for free within the Netherlands from 150,--
    (unless otherwise specified)

    Unfortunately it is not possible for us to indicate at what time packages will be delivered. The delivery time depends on the time the deliveryman in general always delivers in your district.
    Of course we will inform you as well as possible about delivery times. By sending track and trace data.

    Transport company

    We ship (almost) all orders with DHL Parcel. Otherwise we can also work with Postnl or courier services.
    Once a shipment is created you will receive by email a shipment number. With this number you can check the status of your shipment on https://www.dhlparcel.nl/nl/particulier/ontvangen/track-trace.

     

    Shipping costs

    We calculate minimum delivery charges within the Netherlands.


    Same day delivery?

    Of course, made possible by us. Please note that the package until late in the evening can be offered.
    For a small additional charge of € 15.95 you will have the product the same day in the house. Note: only possible within the Netherlands order before 11:00.

     

    International

    Worldwide deliveries are no problem for Turmeister, just inform yourself about the possibilities. The costs are very reasonable.

     

    Ordering from the rest of the world

    For delivery outside the Netherlands other conditions apply. If you want to have products delivered outside The Netherlands, please contact us by phone at +31 (0) 413 291738. We will then discuss with you what the extra delivery costs might be. Foreign (EU) business customers need to request an account with a valid VAT number in advance if they want to order at the 0% VAT rate.

    Information exchange and returns

    We are only satisfied when you are. We therefore hope that you are one hundred percent satisfied with the products you have purchased. Should you wish to exchange or return the item, please return the package to us within 14 working days.

    We ask you to handle both the product and its packaging with care and to open the packaging and use the product only as far as necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of products.

    The starting point here is that this inspection should not go beyond what you would normally be able to do in our physical store.
    Before you want to return your goods, please contact us by phone or email. We will then send you a return form with instructions on how to return your order (or part thereof).
    The cost of the return shipment will be borne by the customer. It is also possible to return goods in our store in Heeswijk-Dinther. We do not pay cash or vouchers, but transfer the amount due to your bank account. This generally takes 4 to 5 working days.
    Please note! If you return an item outside the stipulated conditions or without stating a reason, the payment obligation does not lapse and we may decide not to process future orders. If in doubt, please contact our customer service. For regular customers, after login, you can report the return via the RMA procedure.

     

    Business customers

    For business customers there are different rules regarding returning products, please take this into account before placing your order. If you wish to receive more information about this, you can always contact us by telephone.
